I have been studying what helps a young lady like me maintain adequate blood iron levels and here is what I found. Red blood cells (RBCs) are vital because they transport oxygen to all parts of the body. Anemia is a condition in which there is a deficiency of iron in the red blood cells, leading to fatigue and weakness. Anemia may develop as a result of excessive blood loss or from an inadequate production of RBCs by the body. There are many types of anemia, but the most common iron deficiency anemia can be prevented by eating a healthy diet rich in iron. Dried fruits such as raisins and apricots, green leafy vegetables, and nuts and seeds like cashews and sesame seeds are abundant in iron. Similarly, megaloblastic anemia can be prevented by increasing the intake of Vitamin B12, which can be easily supplemented or found in fortified foods, and folic acid, which is abundant in oranges and lemons. Furthermore, eating foods rich in Vitamin C help your body absorb iron from your meal. Be sure to lower your tea and coffee intake as these can decrease the absorption of iron from food when taken together.

Then I suddenly realized that the dream was a scene of the Earth in the future: no people and nothing left. I cried so hard because I felt Master’s grief when She mentioned about the year 2027 earlier — Master said that too many people died, and they couldn’t be saved in time. I really cried my heart out. The video shown on the internet about the year 2027 has been beautified. In fact, there will be only endless sorrow.
